Not Ashamed - Romans 1:16
October 10, 2013Just last week I had the great privilege of attending the National Baptist Fellowship Meetings in South Australia. The meetings were such a blessing and I came away challenged and encouraged in the Lord. Over the next few months I plan to share some of the notes I took during the messages in the hope that they will be a blessing to someone else. And as the audio files get uploaded to the internet, I will put a link to them in my post so that you can go listen to the sermons for yourself. :)

Oh! Thank you so very much for that hannah!! My sermon notes are rather disjointed as I am not very good at writting and listening at the same time, so I tend to not write as much because I do not want to miss anything. Then, when I get home I wish I had written more!!!!! :o)
ReplyDeleteThank you again for sharing that message - it was one of my number one favourites at te NBF! It was such a challenge, to not be ashamed of the gospel - it is so very easy to get wrapped up in OUR feelings and think "oh no, what will they think of me if I witness t them." So what! I know what they will think of me if they end yp in Hell because I did not witness to them!
I love the wallpaper too!! Thank you so much for it.
Lots of love dear sister,
Tiana xox
Thank you so much for your encouraging words Tiana!!! :) I tend to write heaps of notes because it actually helps my concentrate and remember more from the message! :) If I don't write, I end up getting distracted... so writing keeps my focus in the right place! :)
DeleteI'm so glad that you were blessed by reading them :)
I'm looking forward to when all the sermons from the week are uploaded on the web - They were all so good :)
Love you lots sister,
Hannah xo
Hi Hannah
ReplyDeleteIts great to hear that the NBF was such a blessing and that Pastor Herringson's message was an encouragement to you!
Great job on the wallpapers also. I have recently started visiting this site since another kjv wallpaper site stopped posting wallpapers. I love placing them on my computer screen to serve as an encouragement and to also show to others at uni. Keep up the good work and I look forward to many more =)
Michael

Hey Hannah, this is Abby Allen again. Just wanted to say thanks for sharing such a great message with us. I enjoyed reading it and look forward to reading your next few posts as well. Writing helps me concentrate too. :) And I've always loved the writings of Paul. His story and his letters of encouragement to the church of Christ are so inspiring and encouraging to me. You're a blessing and I appreciate your ministry. Keep up the good work! -Abby Joy

DeleteYes, the letters to the churches have so much encouragement and wisdom contained within them - there are so many lessons and truths to be learnt from them!
In Christ,
